In its history of more than 30 years, Sun Paper has been always adhering to the mission of "benefiting the country, the people, the industry and the enterprise" and consciously fulfilled its social responsibilities. It takes an active part in charity, and has provided donations, sponsorship and support in various forms for charity and public welfare undertakings, including poverty alleviation, disaster relief, education and culture, in an endeavor to reward the society by benefiting it with Sun Paper's achievements. Chairman Li Hongxin has received many honors for his charity efforts, such as Shandong Charity Award 2009 - Award for Philanthropist, 60 most respected entrepreneurs at the 60^th anniversary of the foundation of the People's Republic of China, and first Confucian Businessman of China award.
